Cancellation & Refund Policy – Palam Silks

Cancellation

Only Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation can be communicated via email or official helpline number +91 73388 72222. Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled irrespective of any reason.

Refunds

In case of order returns, exchange coupon will be provided via email which can be redeemed on our website or in any of our physical outlets. The coupon is not restricted by validity periods. Refund will be provided only if we are unable to dispatch the order due to logistical roadblocks ie order return by the courier agency and unavailability of the product. In the case of refund, the amount will be credited back to your account within 10-14 working days.

Refunds will not be offered as an alternative to exchange. Refund will not be offered if we encounter delays in shipping.

Exchange Policy ( for shipments within India )

  1. 1. We accept exchange of the order as long as the saree / dupatta is returned back to our head office within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
  2. 2. Courier charges incurred owing to the return will NOT be borne by Palam Silks.
  3. 3. The saree fold, bill and price tag MUST be intact, in order to proceed with the exchange.
  4. 4. Exchange coupons will be sent via email if the saree is sent back to us in perfect saleable condition.
  5. 5. They can be redeemed online or in any of our outlets in Chennai. Please carry a printout of the email for store redemption.
  6. 6. The exchange coupon is not limited by any validity period.
  7. 7. Readymade blouses cannot be exchanged.
  8. 8. In no case will refunds be issued for any product listed on our website.
