Shipping within India

  1. 1. Shipping within India will take around 7-8 working days.
  2. 2. For a speedy delivery option, please get in touch with us before placing the order. Similar requests will not be accepted after the order is placed.
  3. 3. 24-hour delivery is available for a selected few pincodes within Chennai.
  4. 4. Locations outside Bluedart’s serviceable pincodes will be fulfilled by Indian Speedpost.
  5. 5. Tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours.
  6. 6. For all shipping queries, please get in touch with the courier partner directly for a quick revert.
  7. 7. For special requests such as change in contact number, rectification of an incorrect address or pincode, please write to customercare@palamsilk.com Incase the request is rejected by the courier company, the order will be re-directed to Palam Silks and one more delivery attempt will be established. This will cause a significant delay in delivery.
  8. 8. Courier delivery person may call the customer for directions before delivering the order. Incase the call is missed, it might lead to a significant delay in the delivery.
  9. 9. Incase a Cash on Delivery order is not collected by the customer at the time of delivery, the parcel will be re-directed to Palam Silks and the order will stand cancelled immediately.

Exchange Rules ( for shipments within India )

  1. 1. We accept exchange of the order as long as the saree / dupatta is returned back to our head office within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
  2. 2. Courier charges incurred owing to the return will NOT be borne by Palam Silks.
  3. 3. The saree fold, bill and price tag MUST be intact, in order to proceed with the exchange.
  4. 4. Exchange coupons will be sent via email if the saree is sent back to us in perfect saleable condition.
  5. 5. They can be redeemed online or in any of our outlets in Chennai. Please carry a printout of the email for store redemption
  6. 6. The exchange coupon is not limited by any validity period.
  7. 7. Readymade blouses cannot be exchanged
  8. 8. In no case will refunds be issued for any product listed on our website.

Shipping outside India
