A. The bill, price tag and the saree / dupatta’s fold should be intact.
B. The product should be returned back to the head office in 100% saleable condition
C. The quality and condition of the saree / dupatta must be the same as when delivered
D. Once the saree is received, an exchange slip will be issued within 7 days, if the above conditions are met.
E. The exchange slip can be redeemed either on our website or at any of our stores in Chennai
F. The exchange coupon will not be limited by any validity period.
G. The courier charges incurred due to exchange will NOT be borne by Palam Silks.
H. Saree cannot be exchanged once the blouse / fall is stitched.
I. Readymade blouses cannot be exchanged.

C. The blouse will be stitched using the material that comes along with the saree.
